Point Ideal Phase 1

Point Ideal is a comprehensive 70 acre residential lakefront development located in the Town of Lake Cowichan. In Phase 1 there are 15 lakefront, 20 view lots (8,500 sq. ft. to 1 acre) plus a full service marina. Completed in 1999.

Point Ideal Phase 2, 3 and 4

Point Ideal Phases 2 through 4 consisted of 17 lakefront and 18 view lots (8,800 sq. ft. to 1.48 acres). Phase 2, 3 and 4 lakefront and view lots were quickly sold out.

Point Ideal Phase 5

Phase 5 lots range in size from .37-1.05 acres. These 6 lots overlook Phase 1 and the marina and offer outstanding unobstructed views. All lots are fully serviced with underground hydro, cablevision, telephone, sewer and water. The subdivision is developed with paved roads, sidewalks, street lighting and has a statutory building scheme. Point Ideal offers a marina, numerous parks, walking paths and trails throughout.
