TAL Developments Inc. and Their Projects

T.A.L. Developments Inc. has been developing waterfront properties on Cowichan Lake for over twenty years. They are an integral part and a positive influence and contributor to the Cowichan Lake community. Their first project in Honeymoon Bay was developed in 1990 and completed in 1993.

Point Ideal Phase 1 was developed 1998 and completed in 1999 and offers paved roads, underground services, large waterfront lots and spectacular view lots overlooking the Lake.

Since then Point Ideal Phases 2, 3, 4, and 5 have come to market, offering fully serviced lots, underground services and great views. Currently, Phase 7 is underway.
